Bernard Fontanelle, 17th century secretary of the Academie Francaise, wrote:

A work on politics, on morals, a piece of criticism, even a manual on the art of public speaking would, other things being equal, be all the better for having been written by a geometrician.

"Other things being equal." Are they ever?!

Still squaring the circle, my fellow mind? Still looking for logic, reason and rationality? Me too, me too.

In vain we search. Certainty is (informational) vanity! 

Mind is like a bed: the better you make it, the deeper you sleep in it.  Leave mind un-made.
