Suzuki said that if I understand one thing, I’d understand everything. He didn’t say that I would understand every thing. Everything isn’t the same as every thing.
Mind, no longer itching, finally understands:
Everything is everything because there is no space in between any one thing. Everything is a totality of all that is. Suzuki said: one thing = everything. Thus, Suzuki equated one to all and all to one: Indeed, indeed: there is but one reality and it is complete. Reality isn’t a hunk of Swiss cheese with holes. All is interconnected, interrelated, all is one. I get it! I get it!
Mind, itching again, second-guesses one’s conclusion:
But if I really get it, then there is neither “I” nor “it” to get: all = one, one thing = everything, all is interconnected, no spaces in between any two things, if there are no spaces between any two things and everything is just one thing, then there’s no other thing, just this one thing, this one reality and no other, no me, no you, no it, no one to second-guess… I get it! I get it!
