*ignore all this fence of punctuation: in trying to be clear i just wanted to say "mind is a browser," but (!) you are not your mind, not your mind-forms... you are consciousness (the "matter" of mind, the stuff mind is made of); and consciousness doesn't browse, it just sits in zazen, awaiting a moment of self-awareness.
