there is no time. mind is a leg. it walks. neural cephalization (with its accompanying survival-motivated locomotion) created a vector of movement, i.e. a space that is yet "ahead" of the space you are at. that was the birth of future, past, and present, i.e. of time. when body is at rest and mind (its inner leg) is at rest, there is no "ahead" or "behind," and, thus, no time. i hope this helps.
