« Takes Too Long »

It takes a long, long time to understand the very most basic of the things. We – with all our scientific hubris – can’t still taxonomically decide if virus is alive or not. It invades us. It replicates itself (by recruiting our cellular help). But (!) we are still not sure if we are willing to acknowledge that it has an existential agenda. Why? Because it's microscopically small (too small to relate to) and, more importantly, because it doesn’t fit our classification boxes.

Boxed in we are (from within our own minds).
